— Corporate Business Development/Sales $75,000

We are looking for the next Superstars in Corporate Executive Transportation Sales

Mosaic Global Transportation is a worldwide corporation searching for Business Development Managers to acquire new corporate clients in the peninsula and surrounding areas. Sales experience is a must! Our requirements are simple:

1) You MUST have an outgoing personality, with the desire to work hard and learn.

2) You MUST be a self-starter and be able to work independent of supervision.

3) You MUST own a computer and know how to enter information into a database management software.

4) You MUST know how to "Ask for the Order"

5) You MUST know how to "Cold Call" and "Prospect" for new business.

If you have what it takes, we will help you earn a minimum of $50,000.00 per year. If you have experience, you can earn $75,000.00 to $120,000.00 in your first year. We will provide you with where and how to acquire the leads, your goal is to set appointments and close $42,000.00 of new, local business per month. (Out of state/country business paid differently)

Medical benefits available for full time employees after 3 months. This lucrative commission plan has no ceiling, with opportunity in the low 6 figures. Convenient location in the Peninsula.

— Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is primarily responsible for hiring, training, motivating and managing a staff of chauffeurs that represent the quality standards of the company. In addition, the operations manager will manage affiliate relations. They will ensure that standard procedures are followed when third parties are hired. The manager needs to ensure that the necessary administrative and legal formalities are completed with the third parties and they agree to all terms and conditions. An additional responsibility is fleet management. The operations manager will watch over the maintenance, appearance and operational performance of our vehicles. The above responsibilities are done with a focus on customer service and to meet and to exceed client expectations. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years management experience
• Highly effective and competent in leadership of people
• Ability to build productive relationships and resolve issues
• Effective interpersonal and customer service skills
• Good organization, time management skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent oral & written communication
• Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and Outlook
• Experience in the transportation or logistics industry a plus

— Client Services Manager

The Client Services Manager is responsible for solidifying and enhancing the existing client relationships and to develop an action plan for future success. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

• College degree or 2-4 years experience managing client relationships/customer service
• Marketing and writing experience to create materials positioning our tools and services for a variety of client audiences and objectives; Comfort working with software technologies and solutions;
• Ability to communicate technical information to a wide variety of audiences;
• Proven customer service and project management skills;
• Strategic thinking - able to grasp long and short-term goals with each client;
• Strong face-to-face, telephone and email communication skills;
• Computer literate
