Are you registered with the Department of Motor Vehicles or the Public Utilities Commission?
Yes, this is required. Mosaic Global Transportation Service is a fully licensed livery service with California's Public Utilities Commission (TCP20775). We also fully participate in the DMV's Drug Screening Pull Program.

Who is your insurance carrier and what is your policy number?
Mosaic Global Transportation Service is insured through Jack Gilbert Insurance and TIB Insurance.

How do I set up a corporate account?
Applications or inquiries for corporate accounts should be emailed to Ami Lal, at: alal@mosaicglobaltransportation.com. Contact Ami Lal to determine if you qualify.

How do I set up a reservation?
Corporate account holders can make reservations online, via fax, e-mail, or by telephone. Our leading-edge technology allows to you add, modify, and view reservations, or create receipts for your trips. Standard reservations (non-corporate) can be made via fax, e-mail, or by telephone.

What is your cancellation policy?
In general all retail reservations require a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable after 48 hours. After this period, if a reservation is cancelled or shortened the client is responsible for full payment of the originally schedule transportation charter. For our corporate cancellation policy, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-398-7881 ext. 225.

What are other terms and conditions?
If a vehicle breakdown occurs or the the vehicle is tardy, the client will be compensated by making up the time at the end of the charter or reimbursing the client solely for the actual time the vehicle is inoperable or tardy. Mosaic Global Transportation Service also reserves the right to substitute one vehicle for another providing it is the same or equal size/fare value.

Do you provide concierge services?
Yes, concierge surcharges are available depending on the type of transportation and activity required. Additional charges may apply.

What is the availability of your staff?
Our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
